You are not alone, why not join us? You most likely have nothing else to do? The Isolation Ballet Club was formed by the Adult Ballet Centre® here in Melbourne, Australia. The Isolation Ballet Club is based on the principles of its foundation Adult Ballet Centre. Connecting the community through ballet and dance without barriers or restriction - Inspiring, Inclusive, Artistic - No Leotards Required So we are all in this together! You don't need to be alone, and you can start a new challenge for your mind and body. Or come back to the barre in your lounge room. Ballet schools are closed, and everyone is missing the connection to their community. The classes are all delivered online via ZOOM, an excellent platform for home use, and a great way to stay connected to your coaches and like-minded ballet community.
