10 Years: An Anniversary Performance

Scimm

Join Scimm. Dance Company for an evening of artistic expression as they celebrate their ten year anniversary. This celebration is a selection of carefully curated pieces to showcase our journey over the last ten years to what is now our signature style of contemporary dance. In an assortment of solos and ensemble pieces, Company Directors Scott Pokorny and Tim Barnes alongside the professional company members have collaborated to bring you this exciting collection of dance works.

See excerpts from our critically acclaimed 2022 show, Paracosm: an exploration into the concepts of escapism and fantasy creation expressed through contemporary dance, sound, lighting and visual art. Witness the premiere of a brand new work Mechorstra: movement inspired by how humans use musical instruments to create fantasy through sound.

Celebrations will continue post-performance with an after party on Saturday, January 21st.
