Description
NZ Youth Ballet Company (NZYBC) provides nationally recognised NZQA dance qualifications alongside elite pre-professional training pathways. Students undertake intensive study across classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, musical theatre, repertoire, choreography and performance practice while developing the skills required for tertiary and professional careers.

Our Level 4 Certificate pathway combines academic and vocational excellence, allowing students to pursue high-level dance training alongside their education. Graduates progress into our Level 5 Diploma, apprenticeship opportunities, international schools, and professional pathways.

Based in Christchurch, NZYBC is committed to developing versatile, resilient and industry-ready young artists through exceptional training, performance opportunities and connections with leading national and international dance professionals.
