“It’s Friday and you find yourself alone in the studio. The sun is setting; golden streams flood into the room. It is a moment to breathe and move for yourself. Let exhaustion take over and move through the wildness of the week that has been.
I hope you enjoy this little jam - a snapshot of my movement playground. It is a mash-up of my favourite artists and tunes I always go back to, as well as some new beats I’m loving.
Category: Gentle and wild movement exploration. Groove, techno-house, nostalgia.”
