The RAD are proud to host a series of Masterclasses with Lachlan Monaghan - First Artist with Birmingham Royal Ballet.

An Australian born dancer, Lachlan won the McDonald’s Ballet Scholarship in 2009 and he began his further training at The Royal Ballet School. In 2010 he won a bronze medal at the Adeline Genée Awards. Lachlan joined Birmingham Royal Ballet in 2012 and was promoted to First Artist in 2016.

Join us for open work masterclasses for male and female vocational students which will focus on technique, music and artistry to enhance performance skills as well as helping to prepare for free work in examinations.

Also includes special Boys only! RAD Project B classes. Classes for Vocational students (RAD Intermediate Foundation to Advanced 2 or equivalent) and RAD Grades 3-5 (or equivalent) available. Open to all methods of training.
