Australian dancer Joel Woellner was one of just eight candidates selected as a “Laureat” or scholarship winner at the 2013 Prix de Lausanne. Joel also won the Contemporary Dance Prize. Joel, who has trained with Vicki Attard and Ettingshausens Dynamic Arts (NSW), is currently a student at the Houston Ballet Ben Stevenson Academy.
Australian Alysha Martignago was selected as a finalist. Alysha is a student of Janine McGrath Classical Coaching Australia. Previously she also received training at Queensland Dance Performance College and Sunshine Coast Performing Arts Centre.
