Beginner Dance Classes - live (Southern Highlands) and online

In-studio class. Tap: Learn the foundations of tap technique. We will be working on precision and clarity of rhythm while at the same time learning choreography to songs from famous musicals such as 42nd Street, Singing in the Rain, and many others.

Online Ballet: Increase your muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, grace and overall fitness with our Ballet Basics class. This class is suited to people who have never taken a ballet class or dancers that would like to refine their technique.

Online Dance Conditioning: Improve your core strength and coordination with our Dance Conditioning class. We like to call this class "Ballet Pilates on an Exercise Ball". This class is for people of all abilities.

Online Comtemporary: Improve your cardio fitness, core strength, flexibility and coordination in a safe and fun environment.
