Auditions: The Joffrey Ballet School
The Joffrey Ballet School will be holding auditions in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, and Christchurch, New Zealand, from 14-30 July 2016, for its year-long trainee program and 2017 summer intensives, in ballet, and jazz & contemporary.
The Joffrey Ballet School is offering at least 1 full Scholarship along with an Energetiks Dancewear Package (value of $250) per Australian city. We will also be offering the opportunity for partial scholarships to others at the audition.
The audition will take the form of 90-minute Ballet class with added half hour pointe class for placement levels.* * Students wishing to audition for the Jazz & Contemporary Program, please prepare a short contemporary dance or jazz solo (no longer than 2 minutes), to be danced at the end of the Ballet class.
