Melbourne-based youth dance company Yellow Wheel is presenting its second Winter School this holidays. This week long course gives young dancers the chance to learn from some of Australia’s finest contemporary dance teachers, including Becky Hilton, Jo Lloyd, Kristy Ayre, James Batchelor, Josh Lowe and Amber McCartney. As well as daily technique class, participants will learn improvisation, choreographic process and partnering skills. The Winter School is intended for participants age 14 and up (younger participants are recommended to have previous contemporary dance experience).
