Melbourne-based youth dance company Yellow Wheel will be presenting a new work entitled QUARK at Chunky Move, South Bank, 6-8 October.
Quarks are the smallest layer of matter in the known universe and can only exist in pairs. Deep within our existence we have to be connected to another but our digital world is tearing that notion apart. Choreographed by Adam Wheeler, Kyall Shanks and the Yellow Wheel dancers, QUARK is a contemporary dance work that unpacks issues that confront young people and social media, using motion tracking technology.
