The 2015 Victorian Dance Festival will take place 17-19 April. Catering to dance teachers and dance students (and their parents), the festival will be held in Ballarat.
The festival will kick off on Friday 17 April with professional development seminars for teachers during the day and a welcome cocktail party in the evening.
Two days of dance workshops will follow, including classical ballet with Jessica Thompson, musical theatre with Troy Phillips of Moulin Rouge, contemporary with Paul Malek, Commercial with Marko Panzic , lyrical with Kim Adam, commercial with Yvette Lee, Hip hop with Rob and David Mclean and contemporary jazz with Lauren Seymour.
The weekend will also include Undergrnd’s Underage Showcase on Saturday night, a non-competitive platform for dances of all ages. To apply to perform at Undrgrnd Underage click here.
