As the Federal Government begins to ease COVID-19 restrictions, dance studios around the country are beginning to re-open their doors. However, there are still many rules that must be followed, making the process of re-opening a potentially daunting process for teachers.

In response to the challenges of reopening dance studios, the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Australia has prepared a set of guidelines to assist dance teachers through the process.

The RAD’s guidelines reference the Australian Federal Government Roadmap to Recovery and direct teachers and studio owners to key information, dates and requirements. The guidelines also encourage teachers to be aware of state-specific rules, which may differ from those outlined at national level.
