On Saturday 30 January at 4.30pm, Channel Nine/WIN/NBN will be taking viewers behind the scenes of The Sound of Music. The London Palladium production is currently playing the Capitol Theatre in Sydney.
Stefanie Jones, who plays Liesl von Trapp in the Australian production, will take viewers on a backstage tour which will feature meetings with the director, conductor, producer and cast members Amy Lehpamer, Cameron Daddo, Marina Prior David James and Lorraine Bayly.
The Australia production of The Sound of Music runs in Sydney until February 28. It will then play Brisbane’s Lyric Theatre from 11 March, Melbourne’s Regent Theatre from 13 May and Festival Theatre, Adelaide from 9 August.
