IADMS is offering some exciting opportunities for Australian dance teachers – the IADMS regional meeting in Melbourne and the IADMS Dance Educator Award.

IADMS Regional Meeting – The training and care of the adolescent dancer
Held in Melbourne over two days, the meeting will include lectures about the physical and mental health of adolescent dancers. Topics cover a range of areas, including spine health, body positive nutrition, knee injuries, healthy ballet hips and more.

Call for nominations – 2017 Dance Educators Award

The IADMS education committe seeks to recognise teachers who integrate principles of dance science in their teaching and is seeking nominations for the 2017 IADMS Dance Educators Award from around the world.
