Chunky Move is presenting a short, free performance this weekend, at the Summersault Outdoor Arts Festival.
Entitled gentle is the power, the 10 minute work is choreographed by Chunky’s artistic director Anouk van Dijk and is an exploration of contained power. Created specifically for, and with, James Vu Anh Pham and Niharika Senapati, gentle is the power merges Van Dijk’s physically challenging movement language with Pham and Senapati’s refined virtuosity.
