Dance Australia congratulates the winner of the 2013 Australian Dance Award for Lifetime Achievement, Ronne Arnold.  During his career Ronne has inspired generations of audiences and dancers as a performer, choreographer and teacher, and as an academic.  He will be presented with his award at the Australian Dance Awards in Canberra next month.

Dance Australia also congratulates dance writer, researcher and critic Dr Alan Brissenden AM, who will be inducted into the Australian Dance Awards Hall of Fame at the ceremony.  Amongst his many achievements, Alan has been writing for Dance Australia since its inception, so we are very proud and pleased.

The Australian Dance Awards will be held at The Playhouse, Canberra Theatre, Monday 5 August at 7.30pm.
