A documentary about the Youth American Grand Prix will have its Australian premiere at the Sydney Film Festival.
Called First Position, the film follows six talented young performers as they compete in the competition – the “relentless practice routines, backstage nerves, fiercely supportive ballet mums and the overwhelming joy of dance”.
The Sydney Film Festival runs from June 6-17.
