Right on the heels of its Australian tour, Bangarra Dance Theatre is heading overseas. It will be the first Australian Performing Arts Company to perform at the newly opened Zorlu Centre in Instanbul in Turkey. The company will present the Spirit program, a compilation of Bangarra classics, as part of the Australian Government's Australia now Turkey festival.
Following that two night season, the dancers will move to Paris to for an intimate performance at the Australian Embassy.
When the company returns to Australia it will embark on a regional tour of Qld and NSW before presenting a Sydney-only season of Ochres at Carriagworks in late November.
