Auditions for Sydney Dance Company will be held this October for early-mid career male and female dancers. Applications to audition close 18 September.
Pre-requisites:
- Dancers must be 18 years or over and eligible to work in Australia.
- All applicants must have a vocational qualification and professional experience in contemporary/classical dance.
- Experience in task work with a professional choreographer, strong improvisational skills, high levels of stamina and flexibility and an understanding of Sydney Dance Company’s creative outputs are also required.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend the company audition over two days on the weekend of 17 and 18 October and Sydney Dance Company’s studios.
NB Travel to Sydney is at the applicant’s own expense.
Applications close Fridy 18 September.
