If you’re in Adelaide this week, you can catch Australian Dance Theatre (ADT) performing FREE. As part of the Adelaide Embedded program, ADT will perform Ice Cube on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September, in Victoria Square. Adelaide Embedded is designed by ADT’s director Garry Stewart and aims to take the company out of the studio and theatres and into the community.

Ice Cube invites the audience to experience a 360-degree view of live dance as the ADT ensemble performs within a large perspex cube. Fusing performance with installation, this concept allows for interaction with contemporary dance that is usually unexpected within a public space.

Performances will take place between 12 and 4pm, scheduled on the hour and intermittently in between.
