"Music is the heartbeat of my day. From the moment I wake—dancing in the kitchen with my husband and daughter—to the quiet symphonies that carry me into the evening, this playlist is my companion. It’s a little bit of everything: soul-stirring strings, feel-good pop, and beats that demand a dance break. Whether I’m teaching, creating, cooking, driving, working out, or simply being in my home, music moves through it all. It lives in my veins, lifts my spirit, and reminds me to move to the rhythm of life."
Brooke now runs her own school in Sydney, Studio 969.
