New Zealand School of Dance Full-time Training

The New Zealand School of Dance full-time training programme prepares dancers for a career in professional dance performance. The school offers a two or three-year intensive training programme in classical and contemporary dance for students between the ages of 16 and 20. Dancers major in contemporary dance or classical ballet, while maintaining a strong grounding in both subject areas. Candidates must be between 16 and 20 years of age at the time of course commencement. Auditions are held in Wellington, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Video/DVD auditions also accepted.
